The Department of Public Safety & Security exists as a support and service unit of The Lawrenceville School.
The department is community-oriented and will engage with the student, staff, and visitors to accomplish its mission through excellence in safety, security, and traffic management. This position is under the direct supervision of the Director of Public Safety. All employees must be available to work any shift including extra hours, sometimes with minimal notification. Hours can be days, evenings, overnight and weekends. Shifts will primarily consist of Friday, Saturday and Sundays, 3pm-11pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am
The Children’s Center offers a developmental program for children from the ages of three months through five years. The program strives to foster the physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs of each child. Children are introduced into an emotionally enriching environment that offers practical and cognitive skills and enables them to learn and progress at their own pace. The program provides for periods of activity, rest, individual, and group work. Trained teachers and caregivers nurture the children and provide personal guidance in a warm home-like environment. The Lawrenceville School’s campus provides an ideal setting for enriching the children’s experiences.
This is a benefits-eligible positon and follows the 10 month academic calendar. The candidate must be available to work until 5:30 pm.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and Controller, the Accounting Manager will assist in the management of the Business Office working collaboratively with Finance department members who are responsible for Accounts Payable, Payroll, Tuition Billing, Endowment Accounting and general ledger account reconciliations. This role will support the implementation of new and use of existing financial systems, manage the monthly and year-end accounting cycles that support the preparation of annual financial statements and IRS tax documents. The Accounting manager will regularly review internal controls and ensure the School’s accounting records are in compliance with GAAP. Ensure the effective and responsive delivery of services (including reports and information) to the internal and external community. This position will work closely with the Director of Finance and Controller to strengthen the Finance function and the finances of the School and support its students, faculty and staff in fulfilling Lawrenceville’s mission.
The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach and provide guidance to the players’ academic and athletic experience. They assist the head coach in the strategy and game management of the Water Polo athletic curriculum and program development.
The Girls’ Varsity Lacrosse Head Coach provides guidance to the players’ academic and athletic experience. The Head Coach assists the Athletic Department in the management of the Lacrosse athletic curriculum and program development.
The Advancement Services Analyst provides critical support to the Advancement Services team through data analysis, data maintenance, and data entry. The Advancement Services Analyst also provides administrative support to support the Director of Advancement Services and Operations.

This is a substitute teacher position, the schedule will be flexible and/or an as needed basis. Availability must include afternoons up until 5:30 pm.
The Lawrenceville School On-Call Bus Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to students and staff.
The School can provide training and will reimburse for CDL fees.
